We set out to recreate the true Buffalo wing experience — on a pizza.
This Detroit-style pie features crispy, skin-on Buffalo chicken, tossed in our house-made wing sauce, baked into our signature pan pizza, and finished with house ranch, sautéed celery, and blue cheese crumbles.

Crispy wings tossed in either our house Buffalo sauce, built on Frank’s RedHot with butter, garlic, and black pepper for a deeper, more rounded heat. Familiar at first bite, better as you keep going. Choose from mild, medium, or hot.

Step into the Cheesy Upside-Down.
We start with a layer of cheese under the crust, then spread our house-made cream-cheese-garlic blend on top before flipping it face-down in the pan. Asiago and Parmesan rain over the top and melt into a crispy, golden shell. When it comes out of the oven, we flip it — unleashing a gooey, glowing cheese cascade worthy of another dimension. Don’t worry… this Upside-Down only brings good things.
